I would like to say how pleased I am with the decorating to the outside of the house you carried out for me recently. Many of my neighbours have admired it and I have passed your address on to them. I found your workman very efficient, polite and tidy, and eager to do a good job not the least because of your frequent inspections and supervision. It was quite refreshing too that you contacted me when you said you would as it was so important to have direct and reliable access to you whilst the work was in progress. When I found it necessary to be away from the house on occasions your workman took charge and was very trustworthy. Thank you very much and I will certainly come to you again in the future.
